Spraying Equipment
Spray guns are the common professional equipment for spraying primer or top coat by using pneumatic air pressure in order to apply it on a substrate. The difference in pressure between Air Sprayer and Airless Sprayers is immense. Air Sprayers can only build up to the pressure capabilities of the attached compressor, which generally is within safe operating psi (pound per square inch) range. Airless sprayers operate by forcing high-pressure paint through a thin nozzle opening that can multiply psi for high volume solid performance coatings such as Phenolic Tank Coatings, Anti-Fouling, Intumescent Coatings, Glass Flake Reinforced Polyester Coatings, etc. We are not only providing a series of spraying equipment but with technical advice on the application method.
